Bag Lust: The It-Bags Are Here x

Hello to all my bag lovers out there!! We are apart of a fantastic group of people who appreciate all things bag-related like their shape, detail, design, zippers, logos and more. In addition to that, we understand and appreciate what it means to have a great bag, whether it’s “great” because it makes our outfit pop or because it fits everything we need (lipsticks, phones, iPads, backup shoes, etc.) inside of it.

So, the other day I came across this article “Meet The New It-Bags” via and thought I’d share their choices with you. Some bags I love (the first three I would buy right now if I could),  others I hate (the other satchels), and I am still trying to find out the significance of others. Either way, the article was a nice treat, let me know which bags you love and which bags you loathe.

Proenza Schouler PS1: The satchel that launched a thousand satchel knock-offs is still on every other arm we see during fashion month. Proenza Schouler, $1595 – $9250

Celine Luggage Tote: One of the most covetable bags to come out in recent years, we still can’t stop thinking about the hot pink version from this past spring *insert Homer Simpson drooling here*. Not available online, $1700-$3850

The Row Backpack: The Olsens’ way high end yet deceptively simple bags are seen on the chicest shoulders around. Net-a-Porter, $3900-$39,000

Olympia Le Tan Book Clutch: One of the flashier bags of the bunch, these quirky fun bags fit perfectly into the gamine little hands of the It-girls who love them. Net-a-Porter, $1300 – $1520
